1. We will continue on our discovery of focal point, flow, and white space by creating print marketing for an event that you recently attended. Remember this could even be a family get together for a birthday or special occasion.

2. Begin by creating a sketch of your page. Mark the focal point with a star and use arrows to draw the intended flow of the page.
3. Decide who your audience will be and what the purpose of the document is. Note these on your sketch page.
4. Use your desktop publishing software or Web 2.0 tool to create a digital version of your page. It should contain text, graphic, white space, and the intended flow from your sketch.
5. Save the page and upload to classroom. Please be ready to present your work highlighting focal point, flow, white space.
