FAQ's
1. What are industry recognized certifications / credentials?
A: An industry-recognized credential is one that is either developed, offered by, or endorsed by a recognized industry association or organization.
2. Who is eligible to test for industry recognized certifications?
A: Any student at Jackson High School in the Web Development career pathway. Students who have completed or are on track to complete all three designated courses within the pathway are eligible to test for an End of Pathway Assessment (EOPA).
3. What industry certification test are available to Web Development students?
A: W3Schools HTML 5 (EOPA) certifications.
4. Is there a cost to the students?
A: As long as you are a current student at Jackson High School and are eligible for testing, there is no cost to the student.
5. When are test offered?
A: EOPA exam dates are set by the district's CTAE deptartment. Usually testing dates are in April of the spring semester.
